- Dibutuhkan sesuai selera Lada bubuk.
- Siapkan 1 bks kulit pangsit.
- Siapkan sesuai selera Pokcoy.

- Siapkan 1 ltr Air.
- Siapkan 2 siung bawang putih geprek.
- Siapkan 1 ruas jahe geprek.
- Dibutuhkan 1 btg daun bawang potong-potong.
- Dibutuhkan sesuai selera Garam.
- Dibutuhkan sesuai selera Lada bubuk.
- Siapkan Kulit ayam sebagai kaldu minyak ayamnya.

Cara Pembuatan Wonton Soup (Pangsit Sup)
- Blender daging ayam dan udang kupas.
- Tambahkan Bombay, saus tiram dan minyak.
- Masukkan putih telur, lada, kaldu bubuk.
- Tambahkan daun bawang, blender sampai tercampur rata.
- Tuang ke baskom, kemudian tambahkan tepung tapioka, aduk sampai rata.
- Ambil 1 lembar kulit pangsit, beri 1 sdt adonan isi, bentuk sesuai selera. Utk perekat bisa gunakan putih telur. Lakukan sampai adonan habis.
- Rebus air sampai mendidih, beri sedikit minyak goreng, supaya pangsit tidak menempel. Masukkan pangsit, rebus sampai pangsit mengambang dan bening. angkat dan letakkan di mangkuk.
- Rebus air sampai mendidih, masukkan kulit ayam dan tulang2 ayam, bawang putih, jahe.

- Tambahkan lada, garam, tes rasa.
- Tuang kuah ke dalam mangkok yg berisi pangsit dan pokcoy yg sdh di rebus, beri taburan daun bawang.
- Terakhir tambahkan garlic oil. Atau bisa skip.
- Wonton Soup siap dihidangkan dengan sambal rawit yg pedas, nikmati selagi hangat.
